Fundamentals of Earned Value Management

Course Information:

This course is designed to provide a working knowledge of EVMS and how to apply it.  Emphasis is on a government application according to the latest government EVMS principles and concepts and in accordance with the 32 criteria established by the Industry Guidelines for Earned Value Management and the EVMS Implementation Guide published by DOD.  The concepts taught can be applied to any project whether government or commercial. Course instruction includes lectures as well as case studies with emphasis on class involvement and participation.  

This course is taught on and off-site.  Our on-site facility is located in Arlington, VA, in Crystal City near the Metro stop.  Tuition includes a course manual and refreshments  in the morning.
