BCF Solutions, a professional services firm serving federal clients in the areas of program management and financial support services, announced its acquisition of Program Management Associates (PMA).

PMA's core services are earned value management, planning and scheduling, project control, acquisition support, cost management, business process re-engineering and contract administration. PMA's current clients include Department of Homeland Security, Federal Aviation Administration, National Weather Service, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

The PMA team has been awarded 7 of the 11 task orders that have now been issued under the TSA BPA.

PMA has just been awarded an addition to our existing GSA Corporate Schedule. In addition to our award winning service in Program and Financial Management, our government clients can now access our IT Professional Services in the areas of Computer Network and Telecommunications design, development and operations. Our Corporate GSA Contract, GS-OOF-OO65N can now provide all of these services. 

June 2004

PMA is pleased to announce its successful bid to become one of three Program Management Support Services (PMSS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) awardees in support of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). PMA as prime, along with our outstanding subcontractor teammates (Booz Allen Hamilton and Mathtech Inc.) will now be in a position to offer our award winning program management support to all of the Projects at TSA.

December 2003

The Department of Defense Systems Integration, Design, Development, Operations and Maintenance Services III (D/SIDDOMS III) has named our teaming partner Base Technologies Inc. (BTI) as one of the awardees of the D/SIDDOMS III multi-year contract. 

The multiple-award D/SIDDOMS III contracts provide the Military health System (MHS), its components, and the Department of Veterans Affairs the ability to issue individual task orders for services, equipment, materials and facilities to design, test, and operate MHS technology systems and system components. The contracts provide the MHS with a new vehicle to access a wide variety of contractors and contract-types without paying costly contract-use fees. The total value of the contract award is estimated at approximately $8 billion over ten years.  The D/SIDDOMS III multi-year contract provides another contracting vehicle for Federal customers to access PMA support.

PMA is pleased to announce the award of our new GSA Corporate Contract Schedule.  Our Corporate Contract is merging of our two GSA Schedules:  Management, Organization and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) and Financial and Business Solutions (FABS) into one.  Our Corporate Contract will make it easier for our Federal Customers to access our award winning financial and program management services.  This contract is good for five years with three five-year options.

June 2003 

It was announced June 2003 that our teaming partner Base Technologies, Inc. (BTI) has been selected as a prime contractor for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Broad Information Technology Services II (BITS II) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).  BITS II has a total estimated contract value of $1.2 Billion.

BITS II allows Government agencies to acquire technical support services in a timely manner without going through a lengthy procurement process.  FAA organizations and other Federal agencies that utilize the contract can retain administrative control over the work performed.  We are proud to be part of the BTI Team.  BITS II provides another contracting vehicle for the FAA and other Federal customers to access PMA support.

April 2003 

Our teaming partner, Northrop Grumman Missions Systems Sector, announced they have been awarded the Technical Assistance Contract (TAC2) in support of FAA's Office of Air Traffic Systems Development (AUA).  This contract has a seven-year period of performance with an estimated total contract value of $350 million.  We are proud to be part of the Northrop Grumman team and excited to have this opportunity to expand our program management support to the FAA as they continue to focus on modernizing the National Airspace System.
