Registrations are accepted up to one full workday (M-F) before class begins.  You are encouraged to submit, fax or mail this registration form to PMA to reserve space in the class; however, you are not officially registered until full payment or a copy of your purchase order is received by PMA.   If you have reserved space, but we have not received your payment or purchase order at least 14 calendar days prior to the start of class, your space may be offered to the next person on the waiting list.   Written cancellation must be received at least 7 calendar days before class begins in order for you to receive a full refund.  Cancellations received after that time will receive a 50% refund of the course fee paid.  PMA attempts to teach every class on its public schedule.  However, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any classes.  PMA will attempt to provide students ample notice of such changes.
