PMA's mission is to provide our
clients outstanding professional services in all areas of program and
project management. We strive to be a growing, viable business entity,

No company succeeds
if it does not serve its clients well. Our primary goal is customer
service. PMA employees work closely with their customers, both
outside PMA as well as internally with each other, to ensure that tasks
are performed efficiently and effectively and that clients are totally and
completely satisfied with the products and services they receive.
Performance
Excellence
PMA employees strive for
excellence in the performance of their jobs. It is expected
that each employee brings a sense of commitment to PMA and to the clients
he/she serves. Each employee takes personal responsibility for
successful completion of each project or assignment.
PMA believes outstanding
performance should be recognized and rewarded. Employees who have
exhibited sustained excellence in the performance of their
responsibilities are appropriately recognized.
Concern for People
PMA considers its employees to be
its most important resource. Employees' satisfaction in the work
place is essential to our combined success. It is therefore our goal
to help each employee grow and develop to his/her full capacity. We
actively encourage our supervisors to be sensitive to the goals, needs,
and concerns of the employees who work for them.
Open and Free Communication
It is PMA's goal to develop and
foster a positive atmosphere in the work place. Employee are
encouraged to be open and free in their communications and to be
respectful of others' opinions. PMA wants its employees to feel
comfortable about discussing with their immediate supervisors issues
important to internal PMA operations, external relations with clients, or
any personal concerns. All concerns should be discussed with those
involved in a frank and open yet confidential manner to promote
trust among those concerned. Office politics have no place at PMA.
Ethical and Moral Responsibility
PMA is ethically and morally
responsible as a company to its clients, its employees, and to the
community in which it operates. PMA and its employees strive to
be scrupulously honest in all their dealings.
