The purpose of this
Fundamentals of
Program Management course is to introduce the government program
management environment, provide an understanding of the major processes,
and establish a foundation for effective program management. The
course is designed to provide:
- An understanding of
policies, tasks, problems, and issues confronting the government program
management team.
- The importance of interpersonal
relations and communication skills in the development of an effective
program management team.
- And an understanding of the major program
management activities in a government program and of the need to integrate
these activities throughout the program's life.
This course is taught
on and off-site. Our on-site facility is located in Arlington, VA, in Crystal City near the Metro
stop. Tuition includes a course manual and refreshments in the morning.
